Visible strategies in Vancouver : Now you can plug and play with green complexity

March 19, 2008

I had the chance to chat with Colin Grant the Founder and CEO of Visible Strategies . This man is a very unique person.Just the way he shapes conversation with his son Jack on his website tells you a lot about his vision and his great personae. He develops with his great team a fabulous friendly interface SEE IT (r) software ( front end and back end) and on top of that provides couple of engagement services and strategic engagement services to accelerate clients strategies in their sustainability plans, CSR plans, corporate strategic plans, blablabla…i don’t do brochureware in my blog!

However check how this strategy mapping software allows you to transform the way leading organisations envision, plan and manage towards a better future ( click on the mapping to get a demo)

Hep Taxi !!! Green and yellow in Vancouver

March 14, 2008

I was yesterday in Vancouver for the globe2008 conference to meet some partners and for the first time an hybrid taxi drove me there.A very silent experience and of course so green friendly . My first green minutes in Vancouver!!! Suddenly i was very impressed by how many taxi are using toyota prius with hybrid engine all around me in the city.

Priustaxi "Hep Taxi how can you purchase an hybrid car, it s very expensive "

The taxi driver told me that the Major had decided a year ago to open 10 000 new licenses to new taxi drivers if only  they drive hybrid cars ( + 2000$ incentive)…great idea and it works!

Toyota and Honda should be happy in BC

When i left the conference to the airport, i select only a hybrid taxi … and not a yellow one

you can be yellow and green at the same time…!! Next year i will take the new train from the airport …cool and clean BC
