i met my mentor David Suzuki during Earth Day`s Event
April 25, 2008
I had the chance to have a great discussion with my mentor David Suzuki at the Musqueam Ecosystem Conservation during Earth Day .It was a great honor for me to meet him personaly and i got the chance to have discussion of course with all those great people who help and conserve the full diversity of habitats and their species especially the great involvement of Nic Scapillati and his fantastic team.
I remember having myself 5 months ago a clear vision of my own world: Big Cities was my enemy
But when i heard the speech of David Suzuki that night , i though to myself…i m in the right direction.
David Suzuki’s speech this night was so brilliant and so accurate about our recent reality about being simple farmers in 1930 and now most of the worldwide population is living in overcrowded cities without any single connection to nature
David Suzuki just emphazised our sad and simple reality: we are all living in a connected urban world without any connection to Nature…so no one can visualize the reward of Mother nature to the population.
Thanks David for this great speech and the impact you make to our consciousness.
Become a Guerilla gardener for Earth Day!
April 22, 2008
I have heard about the great guerilla gardening coming from the 70’s in california and in Europe and i strongly believe we should reactivate this great green non violent concept in every big city such as Montreal and Vancouver not only for Earth Day but every day! Big cities are getting more and more polluted ( i just came back from Shanghai and trust me the smog is so thick than you cant see the buildings , totally insane!you can’t even breathe inside a taxi!)
Cities are the new enemies of this New Millenium and we should reintroduce some green area inside cities and please find some good tips about this non violent direct action and of course you should start guerilla gardening with your friends only during the night!!!
1. Spot some local orphaned land
2. Plan a mission
3. Find a local supply of plants
4. Choose plants for front line battle
5. Get some Wellington Shoes
6. Bag some bags
7. Regular Watering
8. Seed bombs (just mould soil, clay and seeds together )
10. Garden with a beautiful girl
11. Spread the word
12. Transportation ( bike only )
13. Enjoy the results and don’t forget to put a small signage "SPRINKLE ME"
more details and tips about guerilla gardening there
This is a great community building idea.Bring your seeds tonight…and transform the cities…create your green tag…
To go or not to go to the Ceremony, this is the question

Do you have still the flame for the J.O?
We should of course stop the global hypocrisy..JO is about big bucks ,sponsorship and big brands, and outsourcing….Sport is in bed with media coverage and it would be still a great event with tons of emotion….
However if you have issues with Human Rights and not only about repression about Tibet
If you have issue about climate change and pollution in China and putting at risk some athletes…and all the population, I m sure you will have a creative answer…Green and democracy …an utopic flame?
Al Gore in Montreal: Move your body Montreal!
April 7, 2008
I did not get the chance to be invited to this great event in Montreal with Al Gore .The training for 200 selected Canadians was a great initiative from Projet Climat Canada with great buddies such as David Suzuki and Jean Lemire ( mon refugié climatique!) who are already great advocates
So Quebec, stop the talking and translate that into action with strong policies As British Columbia does!
spread the trainings and create small programs with communities
Move your body Montreal, Move your body!
viral campaign…impactfull
