Even if it s a baby step from China, it s a step forward to the good direction and more surprizing coming from the worst polluter of the planet.I agree much much more to be done to reach the 40% reduction and not a ridiculous 3% as proposed Obama.It will be a long journey and everyone can contribute to make it happened Cedric.Unfortunately Obama’s administration is not going to lead the post kyoto protocol as they have promised during the Election campaign.
