no vote for climate change in Montreal

During the elections,the canadian politicians want to keep the positive thinking after the failure of the UN conference.It s not an historical moment for the planet.Kyoto is not dead …ok great news.
The only positive outcome from the UN climate change conference
is probably  the french initiative regarding the  MCP ( mecanisme du developpement propre) which was incorporated in the final text and also "les accords de marrakech".

But China, Russia,Australia and of course the United states are not committed to reduced their GHG now and beyond 2012.
The emerging carbon market is not understood as a fantastic development and employment route  by those polluters countries.
Only local actions should prevail.
Canada show me the way…
