Why The fanstastic team from the NOAA ( National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) did not give on time this information to the 9 countries in the area…

check this video

it won’t avoid casualties but we will expect probably less than 120 000 deaths…and vaporized islands

I have heard Thailand and India, indonesia and of course Sri Lanka did not subscribe to the NOAA simulation software

can you believe that???
